Purchase policy
All Sales are Final.
Blushing Bride requires 1/2 down of the total purchase price to place an order for any merchandise, and the balance is due upon pick-up of the merchandise. All merchandise must be picked-up within 15 days from the date of delivery, on the 16th day a storage fee will be applied. Storage fees are $25 per month and will be prorated.
Layaway policy
Blushing Bride requires a down payment of 25% of the total purchase price and monthly payments of 25% are due at the first (1st) of every month, with late fees of 10% of the purchase price being assesed after the fifth (5th) of every month. Layaway is not to exceed 3 months. If layaway exceeds the allotted 3-month period the customer will be notified of the the delinquent status of the account, and the customer has 15 days to respond and bring the account current; should the customer not respond by the 30th day the items will be considered abandoned and will be put back on the sales floor to be sold, and all funds paid to-date will remain the property of Blushing Bride, LLC. A storage fee of $25 per month will be assesed on layaway items paid-in-full, but left at the store location past the 3-month layaway period. Layaways may NOT be canceled or refunded. If a customer decides that they no longer want the item(s) all funds received remain the property of Blushing Bride, LLC. No refunds will be issued and the items will be placed back on the sales floor to be sold.
Cancellation of Weddings/Events
We understand that circumstances arise, which cause events to be canceled or delayed and while we will share your tears and sorrow, the gown(s) belong to you. All orders are special orders and you are responsible for total payment.
Due to the nature of the bridal gown business Blushing Bride is unable to offer refunds or exchanges. The merchandise that you purchased was ordered specifically for you in your size, and Blushing Bride is unable to return the merchandise to its manufacturer. You are responsible for any outstanding balance on your merchandise and all funds paid to-date will remain the property of Blushing Bride, LLC.
Size, Fit, and Color
Blushing Bride, LLC is not responsible for slight variations in size, fit or color. Upon ordering your gown we will take your measurements and order the size closest to your meaurements; however, the gown is not custom made to your meaurements and alterations may be required to obtain the desired fit.
We do offer custom measurements for certain gowns/items at an additional charge. Please, speak to your consultant for further information.
Blushing Bride is not responsible for slight color variations in bridesmaid dresses or in the dyeable shoes.
An additional charge may be incurred for size 18 and up.
Privacy policy
We do not sell your information to other vendors without your explicit consent to share your information with our prefered Wedding Vendors.
Legal documents
Upon placing an order for any merchandise you will be required to sign a contract, which states:
"We do not guarantee size and fit. We will order the closest size to your meaurements. We will not be responsible for measurements not made in our store. The dress is not custom* made and may require alterations to obtain desired fit. Alterations are not included in the cost of the dress and are the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges may apply to extra length,size 18 or above, and special measurements. ALL SALES ARE FINAL."
*Certain gowns/manufacturers allow for custom mesurements, custom additions or removals of trim, and changes in fabric and color. Please, speak to your consultant regarding these items.
At the time you sign this sales contract you are agreeing to all terms, conditions, and policies stated above, and you are responsible to make sure that the correct size, style number, and color are listed on your sales contract.
